Factronics Systems Engineering Pte Ltd is a full-service engineering company based in Singapore. Our expertise lies in a wide range of advanced factory and warehousing automation applications.

We are a Systems Integrator and specialise in the provision of turnkey Factory Automation (FA) solutions. Our capabilities extend across the conceptualisation, design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of total FA systems. We also provide industry-specific consultancy and project management services to meet our customers’ needs.

To ensure quality and efficient engineering services and after-sales support to our customers, we have in place a focused and dedicated engineering team with each specialist member having many years of working experience in the automation industry. This background has given us an in-depth knowledge and understanding of every customer’s needs.

At Factronics Systems, we make every effort to provide the highest level of quality, attention and service in the best interest of the customer. We are also committed to the continual improvement of our Quality Policy, Objectives, Quality and Environmental Management Systems.

The Quality Policy defines our commitment to quality and directs conformance to the quality management system. The organization objectives to achieve the Quality Policy are defined in management review meetings.

The Quality Policy of the Company shall be endorsed by the Top Management, properly communicated, disseminated, and reviewed for effectiveness of the operations of the organization

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The Company’s EMS Environmental Policy is as follows:

"Factronics Systems Engineering Pte Ltd, an engineering company specializing in turnkey Factory & Warehouse Automation Systems, is committed to the following principles of environmental care in all its operations. We will:

Comply with the applicable environmental legislation (Singapore), and other customers' requirements;
Encourage recycling, waste minimization and proper waste disposal in order to minimize the impact on the environment;
Improve efficiency in the use and conservation of energy (electricity) and natural resources (use of paper) throughout the Office and Operations of the Organization;
Conduct regular audits and review our objectives and targets periodically to ensure continual improvement;
Provide awareness on environmental and safety issues for all our employees, suppliers, and customers;
Be committed to the continual improvement of our environmental performance through effective Objectives, Targets, and Programmes.”

This Environmental Policy shall be communicated to all employees and make available to the public and any interested parties.

OH&S SAFETY POLICY

The Company’s Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) Policy is as follows:

"Factronics Systems Engineering Pte Ltd is committed to achieving excellence in product & service quality, workplace safety, health & security by adhering to the following principles:

Working towards a Culture of Safety and accident-free workplace at all times, committed to the prevention of accidents & ill-health and the commitment to manage and reduce risks through effective risk management;
Identify, assess, and strive to eliminate hazards to all in the workplace, including our employees, sub-contractors, and visitors.
Provide training, skills enhancement, and proper supervision to everyone working within our workplace to ensure understanding, appreciation, and compliance to proper safe work practices.
Involving staff in occupational health and safety issues including risk assessment and to gather any feedback or recommendations for continual improvements.
Provide awareness to our staff, sub-contractors, and visitors of their responsibilities to observe safety at our workplace.
Making effort to comply with relevant OH&S Legal and Other Requirements
Committed to the continual improvement of our occupational health and safety performance;”

This Occupational Health & Safety Policy shall be communicated to all affected persons working for the organization, make available to any interested parties, and shall be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains relevant and appropriate to the Organization.
